It's on bigger side of medium as normal plugs seem to go. Though the 'neck' is nice and narrow you'd think it would be comfortable to leave in for a while, but the gap is short so this plug will constantly remind you it's there, if you like the feeling of a dildo back there but want it to stay in then this might be the plug for you, otherwise look for something with a longer stem and for this price you can probably get made of silicone which is better and safer.

My only (hopefully constructive) critisism of the web site is that many products have descriptions that lack important details relating to material of the toys and their dimensions.
