I'm a guy and I use this harness while caged to pleasure my cuckoldress with a size she wants. The harness isn't exceptionally comfortable to wear as a guy. The straps have heaps of length to fit a big guy easily but I just can't seem to get it into a really comfortable position. The build quality is quite good though and I would recommend it but it just doesn't suit me.
